• Company has not petitioned or is not in the process of petitioning for bankruptcy.
• There is no current or past liquidation process of other companies of the owners.
• There are no overdue liabilities to another bank or leasing company.
• The company is not an Off-shore Company.
• The company has not less than 12 months of company's business history.
• Company is not in net loss as per pro-forma (real financial data) statements.
• The company has no clear and acceptable ownership structure (ultimate owner is not disclosed).
• Company is legally registered in Albania.
• Company is authorized to operate within relevant industry sector according to legal regulations.
• Management and principal company owners have no negative track record and/or references (e.g.: criminal record).
• The company has not pending lawsuits or judgments that might have a negative effect on solvency.
• Age of company’s owner ore representative is not younger than 22 or older than 70 years.
• Company’s owners/shareholders are legal residents of NWL jurisdiction.
• Company had/has not criminal background or had/has no connection to criminal groups.
• The companies activity is not on the excluded industries list:
  • - Gambling casinos and betting
  • - Manufacturing of weapons, ammnition and military equipment
  • - Nuclear power production
  • - Lending, financial institutions, leasing companies, exchange houses
  • - Religious, political, charitable or non-profit organizations
  • - Tobacco production
  • - Offensive/ sexual based business
  • - Production causing ecological damages
  • - Cash based businesses specializing in jewellery, second-hand traders in cars or other goods
  • - Multilevel marketing
  • - Sport and entertainment parks, aqua parks, wellness services
  • - Shipbuilding
